Five stages. One spiral staircase.
This is not a linear journey from broken to fixed. It is a spiral — you may return to the same themes more than once. But each time you do, you arrive at a higher vantage point. What once felt like going backward is, in truth, going deeper.

The moment of waking up. You accept that this is actually happening — you step off autopilot and begin to see your life as it actually is, not as you've been performing it. The brain dump. Awareness before analysis.
Recognize how you got here. You take agency — but not self blame. You step out of the Drama Triangle and look at your story with honesty. "I see how I got here."
Clarify your values. You identify where you actually want to go — not the inherited life, not the performed one. You discard the story you were handed and pick up the pen.
Learn to distinguish your emotions from your thoughts. Not "I feel like things will never change" — that's a thought. But "this happened, and I feel grief." True emotional literacy. You can finally name what's actually moving through you.
Make decisions and build goals from the inside out. Not goals for goals' sake — but a life that is intentionally curated. Potential stops being theoretical. Identity isn't discovered once. It's practiced.
