What is the cost of group?
The total cost for the beta round of Reclaiming Rhythm is $397
—this includes your initial screening and all 12 sessions.

Do you take insurance?
I do not take any forms of insurance. We require that all group members place a credit card (or HSA/FSA card) on file.
I will email you an out-of-network billing statement at the close of each month that you can use to seek out of network reimbursement for group services.
Who is Reclaiming Rhythm For
Reclaiming Rhythm is a small group program created to help women understand the deep connection between hormone health and mental health—so they can move through life with more clarity, energy, and self-trust.
This group is best suited for those who:
Are navigating cycles, burnout, stress, or shifting hormones
Are in the menstrual, perimenopausal, or early menopausal stages of life
Want to understand how their body works—not just how to “push through”
Are open to experimenting with new habits and perspectives
Are ready for a supportive space that blends science, behavior change, and emotional insight
You do not need a diagnosis, a doctor’s note, or perfect habits to join—just curiosity and a willingness to show up.
How often do we meet?
Groups meet weekly for a full module (8 weeks). When you join group we require that you commit to one full module at a time. At the end of that module you decide if you would like to continue with the following module.
